I am proud of the business and the team we have put together to help move our business forward. We still hold the same core family values within the business and my vision is the same as what it was when I left school at 14 to work in it.
Really simply, I want to help build a good profitable safe place to work, that each and every one of us can wake up each morning and look forward to do their bit, and have proper remuneration after carrying out their duties correctly whilst looking after our customers well and building successful partnerships with them allowing us to grow together.
I am married to Caroline and have 2 daughters Ella and Margot. In my spare time I enjoy playing cricket, watching Cricket and for my sins I am a proud Forest fan.
I strongly believe in providing the customer with a quality service supported by an honest and open approach to business and I believe there are two key ingredients to a successful company, dedicated employees and good customers, luckily here at RCS we have both.
When not being faced with the daily challenges of the Logistics Industry, I'm usually spotted on the course concentrating on lowering my golf handicap.
On a personal front I enjoy relaxing with my family and watching the mighty Carlisle United.
As well as being a successful logistics operator with a sound reputation it is also a great place to work. The attentiveness to customers' needs and the team spirit are first class. The industry tends to bring its challenges, however I feel confident in my Board colleagues and all of our staff and employees that RCS Logistics are always be on hand to "deliver the goods".
In my spare time I am an amateur radio broadcaster and I help to run a community radio station here in Corby.
