Our systems are a central part of our business – it’s important that you understand your options from the outset.

We know how important it is for you to lose the hassle of running your distribution operation yourself but how crucial it is that you remain in control of your data. That’s why we’ve chosen the state-of-the-art warehouse management system – Access Delta.

By choosing this all-encompassing system, it allows for fast and effective information sharing between your team and ours and allows you to efficiently manage your stock. It even integrates with our transport management system so you have complete visibility across both aspects of your supply chain.

There’s a few options to consider on how you’d like our systems to integrate.

Web Portal

As an RCS Logistics account holder, you’ll receive 24/7 access to our online web portal – regardless of whether you opt for full system integration. Through the portal, with just a few clicks you can raise orders, create pre-receipts, run reports, and much more.

You’ll be in complete control of your stock and benefit from complete transparency of our operations. We’ll give you full training on how to use the portal, whether you chose to manually place orders or opt to use CSV uploads. The portal integrates directly with our WMS so you’ll see a real-time snapshot of what’s happening. We’ll even give you a full system demo when you visit our site to discuss your requirement further. Think you’d need another report? No problem. You can talk to our IT team about setting up custom reports.

System Integration

If you’re looking for a complete integration between your system and ours, we can set up an EDI link meaning less manual data entry, less room for human error, and therefore increased accuracy saving you both time and money.

Our in-house IT team have a standardised messaging format in which we can receive your data via an FTP link. It’s simple to set up and we’ll guide your through each step of the process. If your system can output in this format and adhere to the same set of rules than the process is straightforward, and if not, our team can work with yourself and Delta to develop a bespoke solution.
